PALM COAST, Fla., — Professional Women of Flagler County (PWFC) is inviting local businesses, entrepreneurs and organizations to put their businesses in the spotlight at the 2026 PWFC Annual Business Expo, taking place Friday, September 4, from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Southern Recreation Center, 1290 Belle Terre Parkway in Palm Coast.

The annual Business Expo provides local businesses with an opportunity to showcase their products and services, meet potential customers, build new relationships and connect with fellow professionals throughout the Flagler County community.

Whether a business is well established, newly launched or looking to increase its visibility in the community, the expo offers an accessible way to get in front of the public and make meaningful local connections.

Vendor spaces are limited and businesses are encouraged to reserve their space as soon as possible.

Vendor Pricing:

  • PWFC Member Chair Space: $25

  • Non-Member Chair Space: $35

  • PWFC Member Table Space: $50

  • Non-Member Table Space: $75

Businesses reserving a table space must provide their own table, up to six feet in length. Chairs will be provided.

The event reflects PWFC’s ongoing mission to create opportunities for professionals to connect, grow and support one another while strengthening the local business community.
