Palm Coast: Hijackers Restaurant will officially open for business on Thursday, June 15, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
State officials have granted the required licensure to the new owners of Hijackers. “We are thrilled to be able to serve our customers at a place they have always loved,” said Jamie Bourdeau. “This is an exciting time for Flagler County, and we look forward to seeing everyone on Thursday.”
Hijackers will adhere to the same schedule as the previous owners. Starting next week, Hijackers will be open Tuesday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. The renowned “shrimp special” will continue to be available. Many aspects will remain unchanged, such as the playground located at the back of the restaurant, drink specials including a distinguished happy hour, and a menu that, although smaller, will still feature many “fan favorites.”
“We invite all our neighbors, friends, and visitors to stop by next week and join us in this new endeavor,” said Joseph Wright, co-owner alongside Bourdeau. “We have been just as anxious as the customers and are excited to reintroduce Hijackers to the community.”
