Palm Coast, FL — Palm Coast residents experiencing chronic stress and sleep disruption may soon have a new local resource. Age Well Holistic Wellness Center, located in City Marketplace, has launched a community-based initiative designed to help adults and seniors reduce overwhelm, improve rest, and strengthen overall resilience through structured, measurable nervous system support.

Founder Sheri Kline, ARNP-BC, DHH, said the initiative reflects her longstanding mission to help individuals live fully and intentionally at every stage of life. Kline recently spoke on local radio show Lifeline with Danielle Anderson about aging well, dying well, and the importance of addressing stress before it leads to more serious health consequences.

“When we talk about aging well — and even about end-of-life awareness — we have to talk about how people are actually living right now,” Kline said. “Too many adults are functioning in survival mode — exhausted, not sleeping, overwhelmed. When chronic stress goes unaddressed, it affects immune health, mood, cognition, and long-term wellbeing.

Our vision is to help people live their best life until their last breath.”

The one-month initiative, titled The Rest, Reset & Resilience Community Initiative, incorporates the use of BrainTap®, a guided brain fitness tool that uses light and sound to support relaxation, sleep, and nervous system regulation. Participants may choose between a home-based model involving daily guided sessions with weekly in-center monitoring, or an in-center participation option with multiple weekly sessions.

Participants complete brief stress and sleep assessments and undergo heart rate variability testing to objectively measure nervous system response over time. There is no financial cost to participate, and enrollment is limited to ensure individualized support and accurate tracking.

“By supporting better stress management and nervous system health, the initiative aims to improve individual wellbeing while helping Palm Coast emerge as one of Florida’s most wellness-focused communities,” Kline said.

The initiative is open to adults and seniors experiencing ongoing stress, caregiver fatigue, grief, major life transitions, chronic health strain, or high-demand professions such as healthcare, education, and first responders.
