Palm Coast, Fla. — A beloved community tradition is blossoming into something even more spectacular this spring. The Flagler County Cultural Council (FC3), in partnership with The Garden Club at Palm Coast, proudly announces the newly combined FC3 Spring Arts Festival & Spring Festival and Plant Sale — an exciting outdoor celebration designed to offer the very best of both cherished events.

By uniting the creative energy of the arts community with the natural beauty and horticultural expertise of local gardeners, this enhanced festival promises a vibrant marketplace and an unforgettable family-friendly experience.

A Celebration of Creativity and Cultivation

Open to artists, crafters, and gardeners alike, the festival will showcase original artwork, handcrafted goods, plants, and garden-related products. From fine art and artisan crafts to flowering plants and backyard gardening essentials, attendees can explore a dynamic mix of creative and natural treasures — just in time for Mother’s Day weekend.

Proceeds from the event will benefit both the Flagler County Cultural Council and The Garden Club at Palm Coast, supporting local arts initiatives and community beautification projects throughout Flagler County.

A Scenic Setting for a Day of Fun

Held outdoors around the lake at Town Center in Palm Coast, the festival offers a picturesque backdrop for a full day of creativity, culture, and community spirit.

Guests can enjoy:

  • Live entertainment

  • A variety of food trucks

  • Free kids’ arts and crafts activities

  • Artisan vendors and exhibitors

  • Interactive, hands-on demonstrations

Throughout the day, demonstrations will highlight floral design, potting and propagation techniques, native landscaping, and backyard gardening — giving attendees practical skills and inspiration to take home.
