Flagler Beach, FL – May 23, 2024 – Starting tomorrow, Thursday, May 23, I am thrilled to announce that I will be taking over the sole operation of The Island Grille in its entirety.

This restaurant has been a cherished part of my life for 30 years, holding a special place in my heart filled with countless great memories. It has been a blessing to several of its owners and remains a beacon of culinary excellence in our community.

The Island Grille is renowned for its incredible recipes, many of which were created by the restaurant’s original owner.

Our famous Wasabi Salmon is just one example of the many delicious dishes that have made this restaurant a local favorite. We have acquired these treasured recipes and retained the core Island Grille staff, ensuring continuity and the same high standards you’ve come to expect.

Over the past few months, we have poured our love into Rise, making the breakfast and brunch portion a resounding success. Now, we are excited to extend that same dedication to The Island Grille. We are committed to continuing the tradition of excellence, and we need your love and support to make this transition as smooth and positive as possible.

Starting tomorrow, we will be open for full service throughout the day, beginning at 9 AM for brunch and lunch, continuing into dinner service until 9 PM. We have a full bar and will be focusing on offering an exquisite selection of wines and martinis, along with delicious evening cuisine. Expect live entertainment on the weekends and many more exciting developments on the horizon.
